Why Kids Love the Paw Patrol Badge Hunt Game

There is something exciting about a good scavenger hunt — kids love the thrill of searching, finding, and collecting! This game combines that excitement with their favorite Paw Patrol characters, making it the perfect activity for birthday parties, playdates, or even a rainy day at home. Best of all, it works with any group size — big or small!

The goal of the game is simple — find all the Paw Patrol badges and match them to the correct character before anyone else does! It does not have to be a competition, though. Either way, the kids will have a blast!

Preparing the Game

✔️ Print and cut out the Paw Patrol badges from the free template below.

✔️Hide the badges around the house or yard before the players arrive.

✔️Print enough copies so that every player can find one of each badge.

✔️Print and cut out the bag or envelope labels and write each player’s name on one so they can keep track of their badges as they collect them.

How to Play

🐾 Set the players off to find and collect the badges.

🐾Players collect their badges in their labeled bag or envelope.

🐾When a player has found all six badges they return to the table and glue them onto the Paw Patrol Badge Hunt recording sheet.

🐾The first player to correctly match all six badges wins — but every pup patrol member is a winner in our book!

Tips for Play

💡Hide the badges in spots that are challenging but not impossible — you want the kids to find them, not spend the whole party searching!

💡For younger children, give a few hints to keep the game moving.

💡For older children, try hiding the badges in trickier spots for an extra challenge.

💡If you are playing indoors, designate a specific area so the search stays contained.

💡Print extras just in case some badges get lost in the excitement!

  9. Thank you! We’re going to make this into a COVID squad search (if I can get Grandma and Grandpa on board). I’m going to make them into wearable badges. We’ll hide them and have our two littles find them and assign roles for a few adventures (that my 6 year old is eager to plan…She says she wants to be a teacher, and man does she have a knack for planning!)

  10. Hey! I am wondering how big the game card and badges are? I would love to make it two game cards per printed page and smaller badges to find in the matching size. But it only comes up a full size page. I’m not very tech savvy lol

  14. I noticed clicking on the word template where it requests users to click on the photo below allows me to access these cute documents. Thanks!

  15. I cannot figure out how to download the templates. When I click the image, it just opens the picture in a new tab. When I save the picture, it splits the 2 pages on one page when I try to print. So I get 1/2 of the board & 1/2 of the badges. Help?? Or, please email the template as I would LOVE to use this at my sons bday party in a few weeks
