Trade for a Quarter Game
Another game for trading coins. This one practices trading coins to make a quarter. This game is best played for 10 minutes or so.
Materials
game board
playing pieces
one die
pile of pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters
To Play
The first player roles the die and goes that many spaces. He then collects the amount written on the space he lands on. As he moves around the board, he collects more coins and trades them for a quarter when possible. Each player does the same. The player that collects the most quarters by the end of the allotted playing time, wins.
