Homemade Goldfish Crackers
I am not much into sharing recipes. You will not find many of them on this blog unless it is for something like playdough or paint, but this is one of those recipes I have to share. It is super easy to make and really tasty. I have seen several versions of this recipe all over the web, but here I share my version.
Homemade Goldfish Crackers
(aka Homemade Goldfish Crackers)
Ingredients:
4 tbsp butter softened (cut into small squares)
1 cup flour
1-2 tbsp cold water
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp onion powder (some recipes use cayenne or garlic powder)
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Mix flour, cheese, onion powder, salt and butter in a bowl until combined.
2. Add the water and use your hands to form the dough.
3. Roll the dough about 1/4 inch thick on a lightly floured surface.
4. Cut out in desired shapes.
5. Bake at 350˚ until golden brown about 10-12 minutes depending on your oven.
