Letter Sound Wheels

I love taking requests for new products. A few of my co-workers were looking for games to practice letters sounds. I created 3 different games for them. Here is the first.

Preparation

Print templates on card stock

Cut out wheels.

Cut out letter tokens.

How to Play

Give each child a Letter Sounds Wheel and the tokens that go with that wheel. There are 11 wheels in all and they are colored coded for easy use.

Tokens should be placed face down on the table.

Have students name all the pictures on the card to be sure they know what each object is.

Student turns over one token at a time and matches that letter with the picture that makes that letter sound.

Rotate the wheels throughout the group or pass them around the circle. Great for centers as well.
