Letter Sounds Dominoes

This is the third letter sound game I created on request from some colleagues. I love making domino games. They are a challenge to make, but so much fun to play.

Materials

templates

card stock

scissors

Preparation

Print the templates

Cut the dominoes apart using the dotted line in the middle.

Then cut apart each individual domino.

Directions for Play

Place the pile of cards face down in the middle of the group.

Give each player 3 dominoes.

Place 2 domino face up in the middle of the group.

Each player then takes a turn adding a domino that matches by letter sound.

If a turn cannot be taken and no dominoes can be played, players pick another card and wait until their next turn to play again.
