Mid-Winter Teacher Treats
We go back to school tomorrow after two blissful weeks at home. I know as a teacher and as a mom, the first day back is not the easiest. We wanted to brighten my sons’ teachers’ day so we created these mid-winter teacher treats for them.
Snowflake Pretzel Rods
Ingredients
1 bag or white chocolate chips (more if you want to make a lot)
pretzel rods
pyrex bowl and pan or double boiler
snowflake sprinkles
parchment or wax paper
cellophane bags
ribbon
printer
scissors
Directions
Melt the chips according to the directions on the package. Dip each pretzel rod halfway into the white chocolate. Let the chocolate set for a few seconds then sprinkle them with the sprinkles. Set to cool and harden on parchment or wax paper.
Putting it Together
Once the pretzels are cooled, place 2-3 pretzels in a clear bag. Tie a ribbon around the top.
Print and cut out the “Snow Glad to See You Again” gift card.

Attach the labels to the packages and deliver!

Love this idea – looks pretty easy, too! Thanks for the idea!
What a super sweet gesture and I bet greatly appreciated!
Your sons’ teachers are lucky! I always feel that I should do more for my daughter’s teacher even if she and me don’t always see eye to eye. Perhaps at least some good chocolate is in order!
Always appreciated!
